Question: Why does your package look more expensive than others?
If you consider our inclusions like stay at the Fairmont Hotel in Makkah & The Oberoi Hotel in Madinah which are top of the range Hotels located within the courtyards of the Haram & also the fact that you get private double rooms for each couple, stay in VIP Tents in Mina & it includes all meals, transportations, Qurban, etc, ours is the cheapest package available.

Question: Do you have a manned office or just a answering machine answering calls?
Yes we are located on Collins Street in Melbourne CBD and are open from 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri and we are reachable by 1300 number from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call.

Question: I live in the outback? How can I reach you if I have any queries when I decide to book your package?
No matter where you live in Australia, you can call us on the 1300 66 20 34 no. for the cost of a local call during office hours or leave a message when you call outside of office hours.

Question: Do you guarantee the Hotels you advertise?
The reservations process for Hajj & Umrah works differently to other tourist destinations.  Invariably we provide the Hotel we advertise however, in certain cases, if the Hotel we have advertised is unavailable, we will ensure we offer similar or higher standard Hotel for the same price without any supplementary extra cost.

Question: When do we pay deposit?
As ours is a small group with niche people, we sell out fast. Since you only need to pay $200 at the time of booking, its advisable to book as early as you can if you are planning on doing Hajj this year.

Question: When is the balance payment due?
To make it easy for our Clients to fulfil one of the main pillars of Islam, we have come up with a exclusive installment payment option, were in you only pay $200 and the balance in installments of $1500 per month.

Question: How can I pay the monthly installments:
You can pay installments by credit card over the phone, direct deposit into our account by net banking, post a cheque or pay cash over the counter at our office.

Question: I want to visit my country of birth either before or after Hajj, can you organise that ?

Question: While I am there, I would like to visit other countries and see some of the important Islamic historical sites. Can you organise that?
That is our speciality. We have fantastic tour packages to Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Palestine including ziarat of Masjid Al Aqsa, Morocco, Gulf countries, etc. Please call us to discuss your travel plans.

Question: I am travelling with my kids, will they get special discount?
Yes if children are sharing parents bed, we can offer fantastic deals for them. Even otherwise they will get discount if they are below 12 years of age.

Question: As this is my first Hajj, will there be bayan and briefings on Hajj rituals before departure & during Hajj to guide me through the rituals?
Yes we will have Hajj briefings before the group departs Australia and also ongoing briefing right until the last day in Mina and our bayans will be in English with questions in Urdu answered in Urdu.

Question: When we arrive in Jeddah, how long do we have to stay & if I take your All Inclusive Premium Package, will I get shortened processing time at Jeddah Airport?
Since there are millions of pilgrims arrive at Jeddah Airport during Hajj season, there will be long delays and no matter what passports you are travelling on, expect to be delayed at Jeddah Airport before your transportation is ready to transfer you to your accommodation. From our past experience, it takes around 10-15 hours from the time your flight arrives until you reach your accommodation.

Question: On you All Inclusive Premium Package, will we get special buses?
All coach transportation is organised by United Agents Office, a confederation of Operators initiated by Saudi Hajj Ministry and all internal transportation is done by such coaches travelling as groups.

Question: Will we get deluxe buses for our transfers ?
All coach transportation is organised by United Agents Office, a confederation of Operators initiated by Saudi Hajj Ministry and they use a variety of coaches which will have a/c & comfortable seating.

Question: What type of food do you provide in Aziziyah ?
We are the only Australian Hajj Operators to provide traditionally cooked Sub-Continent meals including Biryani, Korma, Paya, Dhal, Paratha, etc.

Question: What type of food do you provide in Makkah & Madinah?
Immaterial of what package option you have taken, a very elaborate international menu buffet breakfast at your Makkah & Madinah Hotels is included in your package & dinner will be provided at an alternate location close to your Hotel.

Question: Will I get guide books on Hajj, Ihram for me, Hijab for my wife, etc?

Yes, you will get Hajj guide book plus a Ihram for men or Hijab for women.

Question: Do you guarantee that you will only allocate 2 & 3 persons in a room while we stay in Makkah & Madinah Hotels depending on which package I take?
Yes, we guarantee that there will be only 2 persons in the Premium package and 3 persons in the Deluxe package in a room during your Makkah & Madinah Hotels stay.

Question: I want a double room just for me & my wife while in Makkah & Madinah Hotels. Is that possible?
Yes, our Premium package gives you your own private room during Makkah & Madinah hotels stay.

Question: How many people will stay in a room in Aziziyah Apartment?
Our Aziziyah Apartments provide all amenities for a comfortable stay. One floor will be allocated for women and one for men and there are 3 to 4 toilets/showers in each floor. Each room will have between 5 to 6 people.

Question: I am travelling with my wife and another member of my family. Will we get one room for ourself?
Yes, you can take our cheaper Deluxe package and we will guarantee your private room for the 3 members of your family during the Makkah & Madinah Hotels stays.

Question: Since we are just husband & wife? How can I contact my spouse when he/she is in the men’s/women’s section?
All our Hujaj gets a Saudi SIM Card which you can insert in your mobile phone that you carry from Australia. You can use the Mobile to contact your spouse.

Question: Who will we know when the group is moving from one place to another like from Mina to Arafat? Will you inform us or do we just stay together with the rest of the Group to avoid being left behind?
Taking into consideration the confusion that Hujaj go through everytime there is a transfer involved from one place to another & lack of information regarding important matters relating to the group, we use the system of SMS messaging to inform all our Hujaj about any movement or any other important information that needs to be conveyed to the Hujaj..

Question: Will you show us all the historical places on your ziarat tours? 
Yes both our package options include one each ziarat tour in Makkah & Madinah. However, that is subject to traffic conditions and any route restrictions imposed by the Saudi Authorities.  We will be visiting sites relates to Islamic history.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

If you have performed Hajj in the last 5 years, you cannot go on Hajj unless you are accompany as a Mehram.

 

Passport:

  • Passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from return travel date.
  • Passport should have at least 4 consecutive blank pages to stamp the visa.
  • Foreign Passport holders should have lived in Australia for minimum 2 years and should hold machine readable Passport & not a hand written one.
  • Permanent Residents of Australia should be residing in Australia for minimum 2 years.
  • New Zealand passport holders residing in Australia must provide a current gas, water or electricity bill showing the applicant’s name and current Australian residential address.

 

Visa Application Form:

  • Completed Embassy of Saudi Arabia visa application form. Please use BLOCK LETTERS in completing the form neatly and correctly without making a mistake. Regulations by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia states that any application form that has correction marks on it will be returned without being processed. All names must be shown as they appear in the passport.
  • Provide Six (6) passport size photos.  Sister’s photos should be in Hijab.

 

Medical Certificate:

  • Certificate from a doctor stating that pilgrim is in good health, free from contagious disease, FIT TO TRAVEL and have valid immunization for MENINGITIS (ACYW 135) & INFLUENZA

 

Certified Documents:

  • Reference letter/certificate from a recognized Islamic Society or Centre or Mosque certifying that you are a Muslim. This certificate must be stamped from the society or centre or Mosque and it should be typed and not hand written.
  • Copy of Marriage Certificate or any Certificate identifying the relationship for women and must be duly certified by the Police Station.
  • Copy of Birth Certificates for Mehrem/Brothers/Sisters travelling identifying relationship as per Parents names and must be duly certified by the Police Station.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate as proof of age must accompany all children’s applications below 18 years old and must be duly certified by a Notary Public or at a Police Station.

 

HAJJ INFORMATION


1. BEFORE HAJJ:
Make sure that issues like paying debts, writing will, redressing all wrongs, arranging adequate funds, getting information about Hajj and Saudi Arabia , obtaining a passport and visa is done before hand.

2. TYPES OF HAJJ: Collect information about Tamattu, Qiran, and Ifrad Hajj. Chose whatever suits you best.

3. BEFORE TRAVELING: Have your Ihram clothes ready in your flight, ship, or vehicle. Also memorize the Talbiyah before departing as you will need it later.

4. REACHING MIQAT: Wear Ihram clothes (before/in the flight) before reaching the exact location.

5. STARTING IHRAM: Say the intention of Ihram of Hajj. Start observing Ihram obligations: No haircut, no nail clipping, no perfumes, no animal killing or hunting, no sexual intercourse, no marriage proposals or contracts.

6. REACHING MAKKAH: Enter Makkah. Make an ablution or take a shower then enter Al-Masjid Al-Haram from Assalam gate saying ” Oh My Lord, open to me the doors of Your mercy”.

7. PERFORMING TAWAF: Move 7 times round the Ka`bah(tawaf) starting from the black stone (Hijr-e-Aswad). Recite du’a while making Tawaf. After finishing the Tawaf, pray two rak’ats anywhere in the masjid then drink Zamzam water.

8. MAKING SA’II: Start from Safa. Praise Allah and make takbeer 3 times, Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik. Labbaik Laa Shareeka Laka Labbaik Innal Hamda Wannimata laka walmulk Laa Shareeka Lak each time you walk from Safa to Marwah and vice versa. Speed your walk between the two green signs. Make du’a during Sa’ii. The 7th round ends at Marwah.

9.FINISHING IHRAM: After the 7th round, shave or trim your hair. Then take off your Ihram clothes.

10 . IHRAM OF HAJJ: On the 8th of Zul-Hijjah, take a shower or make Wudu and then wear the Ihram clothes again and say the intention of Hajj. Go to Mina before noon. Keep receiting the takbeer. Observe the Ihram obligations.

11. STAYING IN MINA: At Mina, pray 5 daily prayers starting with Zuhr and ending with Fajr. Shorten the 4 rak’at-prayer but do not combine them. Stay in Mina until the sunrise of the 9th of Zul-Hijjah.

12. ATTENDING ARAFAT: Leave for Arafat after the sunrise while repeating the Takbeer. Pray Zuhr and Asr there and stay the whole day until sunset. Make du’a for your self and other Muslims. After sunset, leave for Muzdalifah.

13. STAYING IN MUZDALIFAH: Leave for Muzdalifah quietly. Stay the night in Muzdalifah. Pray Maghrib and Isha, combine them and shorten Isha. You can sleep immediately after Isha. Leave Muzdalifah for Mina after sunrise. Pass by AL-Mashar AL-Haram and make du’a.

14. THROWING PEBBLES AT JAMRAT AL-AQABAH: On the 10th, when you reach Mina, go to Jamrat Al-Aqabah ( Al-kubra). Throw 7 pebbles successively. Throw each one while making takbeer. Be sure that each pebble falls inside the fence.

15. SACRIFICE OF AN ANIMAL: After finishing the throwing of pebbles, check which the Authorities if your sacrificial animal is sacrificed.

16. CUTTING YOUR HAIR: Get your hair shaved or trimmed starting with the right side. By then you have reached the stage of Al-Tahlul AL-Asghar (partial ending of Ihram). i.e. you are allowed to practice your normal life except sexual intercourse.

17. MAKING TAWAF IFADAH: Go to Makkah. Circle the Ka’bah 7 times starting from the black stone making Takbeer each time you come to it. Make du’a during Tawaf. After Tawaf pray 2 rak’ats anywhere then drink Zamzam water.

18. MAKING SA’II (IF SELECTED TAMATTU, IF NOT THEN SKIP IT): Start from Safa. Praise Allah and make takbeer 3 times each time. Walk from Safa to Marwah and vice versa. Speed your walk between the 2 green signs. Make du’a during Sa’ii. The 7th round end at Marwah

19. STAYING IN MINA: Leave Makkah for Mina. Spend the night there, at least from midnight until sunrise. Pray the daily and night prayers at Mina. Shorten the 4 rakat prayer but do not combine.

20. THROWING PEBBLES AT 3 JAMRAT: On the 11th of Zul-Hijjah, go to Jamrat site after noon time. Start with the 1st Jamrah. Throw the 7 pebbles successively while making Takbeer with each pebble. Then go to the 2nd and do the same. Then go to the 3rd and do the same. 
21. STAYING IN MINA: Go to Mina. Spend the night there, at least from midnight until sunrise. Pray the daily and night prayers at Mina. Shorten the 4 rakat prayer but do not combine.

22.THROWING PEBBLES AT 3 JAMRAT: On the 12th of Zul-Hijjah, go to Jamrat site after noon time. Start with the 1st Jamrah. Throw the 7 pebbles successively while making Takbeer with each pebble. Then go to the 2nd and do the same. Then go to the 3rd and do the same.

23. STAYING IN MINA: Go to Mina. Spend the night there, at least from midnight until sunrise. Pray the daily and night prayers at Mina. Shorten the 4 rakat prayer but do not combine.

24. THROWING PEBBLES AT 3 JAMRAT: On the 13th of Zul-Hijjah, go to Jamrat site after noon time. Start with the 1st Jamrah. Throw the 7 pebbles successively while making takbeer with each pebble. Then go to the 2nd and do the same. Then go to the 3rd and do the same.

25. MAKING FAREWELL TAWAF: Go to Makkah. Circle the Ka’bah 7 times starting with the black stone making takbeer each time you come to it. Make du’a during Tawaf. After finishing the Tawaf, pray 2 rak’ats anywhere, the drink Zamzam water.

26. BACK HOME: You can go to visit the Mosque of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) at Madinah (If you have not been there already before the start of Hajj) or pack your bags and leave Makkah. Do not spend the night at Mina. Visiting Madinah, though it is highly recommended, is not part of the Hajj rituals.
