If you consider our inclusions like stay at the 5 Star Hotel inside the Makkah Clock Tower which is within the complext of the Haram & Leader Muna Kareem which is just 50 seconds walk from the Prophet's Mosque ours is the most economical package.  Moreover our package comes with all-inclusions and you dont have to pay for any thing except for your lunch and dinner

Question: Do you have a manned office or just a answering machine answering calls?

Yes we are located on Collins Street in Melbourne CBD and are open from 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri and we are reachable by 1300 number from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call

Question: I live in the outback? How can I reach you if I have any queries when I decide to book your package?

Question: Do you guarantee the Hotels you advertise?

The reservations process for Hajj & Umrah works differently to other tourist destinations.  Invariably we provide the Hotel we advertise however, in certain cases, if the Hotel we have advertised is unavailable, we will ensure we offer similar or higher standard Hotel for the same price without any supplementary extra cost

Question: When do we pay deposit?

As ours is a small group with niche people, we sell out fast. Since you only need to pay $200 at the time of booking, its advisable to book as early as you can if you are planning on doing Hajj this year

Question: When is the balance payment due?

To make it easy for our Clients to fulfil one of the main pillars of Islam, we have come up with a exclusive instalment payment option, werein you only pay $200 as deposit and the balance in instalments of $1500 per month

Question: I am travelling with my kids, will they get special discount?

Yes if children are sharing parents bed, we can offer fantastic deals for them. Even otherwise they will get discount if they are below 12 years of age

Question: Will I get guide books on Hajj, Ihram for me, Hijab for my wife, etc?

With our Umrah package, you have to purchase your own Ihram/Hijab & Guide book which will cost you $22 & $10 respectively

Question: Do you guarantee that you will only allocate 2 & 3 persons in a room while we stay in Makkah & Madinah Hotels depending on which package I take?

Yes, we guarantee that there will be only 2 persons in the double room package and 3 persons in the triple room package & 4 persons in a quad room package in a room during your Makkah & Madinah Hotels stay

Question: Will you show us all the historical places on your ziarat tours?
Yes all our package options include one each ziarat tour in Makkah & Madinah. We will be visiting sites relates to Islamic history as listed in our sites visited page

Question: In the Turkey tour, is there a local experienced guide that will show us around?
Yes everytime we go on a sightseeing tour, there will be an experienced local guide accompanying us who will show us around

Question: In Turkey, will have free time to do my own activities or do I have to be with the Group all the time?
Yes will have plenty of free time and also if you want to skip a tour and do something on your own like visit family or friends, you can do that

Question: In Turkey are there any supplementary cost involved like entrance fee or extra tour cost?
No all entrance fees for sights mentioned in our itinerary are included.  If you decide to take any extra tour or balloon ride, etc you pay the cost of the same direct to the local service providers
